slow check-in weak reception services

The room had a large size with a kitchenette and sofa area.

I found the check-in process slow. The reception services seemed weak. I stayed there twice and I experienced the same situation both times, sadly.

check-in was smooth. shara and caitlin were super friendly (i really appreciated their help!). the beds had soft pillows and cozy duvets. the apartment included a fully equipped kitchen and an iron.

the floors felt a bit unclean.

excellent airport stay

spacious room full refund

the room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. everything worked perfectly (even the small things). i also had to leave earlier than expected and they refunded the full amount for the unused nights, which i appreciated.

I noticed the building had some issues with presentation. Public areas were not as clean as i expected.

the hotel staff provided us with a packed breakfast because of our early flight. there is a bar where suzmetta, manoi, nassiba, sulaf, ashraf, and ingyin work. supermarkets and local cafeterias are within walking distance.

convenient stay!

quick ride friendly staff maintained facilities

I chose this place mainly because of its close proximity to the airport. It was just a quick taxi ride. the staff were always very friendly. the facilities seemed nice and quite well maintained too.

the gym could use a few more weight machines.

the hotel offers a 24-hour mini market which is great, especially for late arrivals. it is convenient to grab any essentials you might have forgotten or need during your visit. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.

the airport shuttle service runs frequently, every hour, and is punctual. this service made my arrival and departure very smooth and hassle-free. the front desk staff was polite, efficient, and very helpful during check-in and throughout my stay.

good soundproofing shuttle bus poor mattress element receptionist

The room had good sound proofing. It was very quiet. I appreciated that the restaurant at the connected Aloft Hotel served good meals at reasonable prices. The shuttle bus service to the airport was great too.

The sleeper bed had no bedding when I arrived. The mattress was very poor quality. There was no receptionist at the element when I arrived so I checked in at the hotel next door.
